Activities for everyone

The Belve hosts a variety of sport and activity groups for all ages. There is also space for more - contact us to find out about running your own group! Current regular classes are:

Just come round for a class or contact us to find out more about a class.

  • Boxing: Currently on summer break - new timetable coming soon!
  • Fitness / circuit training: Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6pm, Saturday 10-11am
  • Muay Thai: Tuesday and Friday from 7-8pm
  • Kids' Karate: Saturday 10:30-11:30am
  • Girls only: Women's Self Defence: Wednesday 7-8pm
  • Over 50's: FREE Activities with a FREE healthy lunch included: Tuesday and Thursday: 12-2pm

  • Drop-in sessions from £2 per class!
