Situated on the heart of the Toxteth Community Liverpool 8, 'The Belve' has been providing activites for over 100 years. Our Victorian building was fully refurbished and updated in 2006. We now offer fully accesible facilites at corporate and community Hire Rates and we always strive to offer subsidised and even free facilities for Children
